Kazakhstan should show flexibility towards drug addicts but be tough on drug trade – Tokayev

ASTANA. Aug 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan must provide medical and rehabilitation support to drug addicts while maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to drug trafficking, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said during a meeting of the country’s Security Council on Wednesday, according to his press service.
